almlock Terms & Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account

1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the almlock platform, accessible at almlock.net, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional activity offered by almlock (hereinafter "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet, you (hereinafter "the Player" or "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

almlock reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, almlock will notify active players via the email address registered to their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the almlock Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. almlock operates as an English-language platform targeting the Bangladesh market. All communications between almlock and the Player, including support correspondence, promotional notifications, and account notices, will be conducted in English.

1.2 Platform Availability

almlock makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or circumstances outside almlock's reasonable control may temporarily affect access. almlock will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods where reasonably practicable.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The almlock Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the legal gambling age to participate in gambling activities. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. almlock reserves the right to request official government-issued identification (such as a National Identity Card or passport) to verify your age at any stage. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult aged 18 or over will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) almlock account. Duplicate accounts — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately.
• Any bonuses or promotional funds held across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
• almlock reserves the right to permanently ban a player found to have deliberately operated multiple accounts.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your almlock account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (in Bangladesh), valid email address, and mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles almlock to terminate your account without notice.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your almlock Login credentials, including your username and password. almlock recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (OTP) via your registered mobile number.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

almlock accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

2.5 Geographic Eligibility

almlock is designed for and primarily targets adult players resident in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. almlock makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific location outside Bangladesh.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

almlock accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

3.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at almlock is ৳200. There is no standard maximum single deposit; however, high-value deposits may trigger additional identity verification checks in accordance with almlock's know-your-customer (KYC) procedures. Deposits are generally credited to your almlock account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. almlock charges no deposit fees to players.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your almlock account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days.
• almlock charges no withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Your payment provider's own fees, if any, are outside almlock's control.

3.4 Funds Held in Account

Funds deposited to your almlock account are held for the purpose of gameplay only. almlock does not pay interest on account balances. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from almlock's operational funds, providing an additional layer of protection. In the event of account closure, verified withdrawable balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

3.5 Currency

All transactions on the almlock Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol: ৳). Amounts displayed in the Platform interface use Western Arabic numerals (e.g., ৳1,000) and not Bengali numerals.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

4.1 General Bonus Terms

almlock offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket betting cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by almlock are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotional terms at the time of the offer. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 across eligible games before a withdrawal of winnings derived from that bonus can be requested.

• Wagering contributions differ by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates for each promotion are published in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period.
• almlock does not retroactively alter wagering requirements for bonuses already accepted by a player in good standing.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, one time per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Reload and cashback bonuses are available to existing verified players.
• Players who are self-excluded or have active cooling-off periods on their account are not eligible for bonuses during the restriction period.

4.4 Abuse of Promotions

almlock actively monitors promotional usage. Activities that almlock considers abusive — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated tools to place bonus-driven wagers, or exploiting a technical error to gain unfair advantage from a promotional offer — will result in voiding of the associated bonus and winnings, suspension of the relevant account(s), and potential permanent exclusion from the Platform.

4.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions

almlock reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already satisfied the conditions to claim it, almlock will honour the reward for that player. Where a promotion is withdrawn before the claim conditions are met, almlock will provide reasonable notice where possible.

5 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

5.1 General Obligations

As a registered almlock player, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify almlock immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Ensure all funds deposited to your almlock account originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling.
• Engage with almlock customer support and staff in a respectful and professional manner.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the almlock Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human engagement.
• Arbitrage and Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, price discrepancies, or technical errors for guaranteed profit.
• Hacking and Technical Interference: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt the Platform's software, servers, or data.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with almlock support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure.

5.3 Self-Exclusion Obligations

If you have requested self-exclusion from almlock or from any other gambling platform, you must not attempt to register a new account or circumvent the self-exclusion by any means. almlock will void winnings and return deposits (less any withdrawals already made) where it is discovered that a self-excluded player has circumvented this restriction.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the almlock Platform — including but not limited to the almlock brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, icons, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of almlock or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any almlock content without prior written consent.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works from any part of the Platform.
• Using almlock's trademarks, logos, or brand identity in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting information from the Platform by automated means.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to their licensing terms. almlock operates these games under valid content licences.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your almlock account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, almlock will:

• Process any pending withdrawal of verified, withdrawable funds to your registered payment method.
• Deactivate your account within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 48 hours of receiving the request).
• Retain your account data in accordance with almlock's Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by almlock

almlock reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where almlock has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Where almlock closes an account due to a material breach of these Terms, almlock reserves the right to void any bonus balances and to withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Legitimate real-money deposits that are not connected to any breach or fraud will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any required investigation.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An almlock account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. almlock will attempt to contact the player via their registered email address prior to taking any action on a dormant account. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

The almlock Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. almlock makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. almlock will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and security but cannot guarantee these absolutely.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, almlock's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

almlock accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Losses arising from technical failures of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) outside almlock's control.
• Decisions made by a player in placing bets or wagers — gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain.

8.3 Force Majeure

almlock shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond almlock's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

8.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a player and almlock regarding a bet, game outcome, withdrawal, or any other matter, the player should first contact almlock's support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. almlock will investigate and respond within 10 business days. almlock's decision on matters within its reasonable discretion shall be final, subject to the player's right to seek independent legal advice.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with almlock's Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms applicable to a given offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and almlock with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
